SINGAPORE - A provision of the Income Tax Act, which was the subject of a High Court case, has been applied to more than 100 cases involving medical professionals.
The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (Iras) also told The Straits Times 13 appeal cases are now before the Income Tax Board of Review (ITBR).
