SINGAPORE - A man was arrested for suspected drink driving after an accident involving four cars on Thursday night (July 5).
The police said they were alerted to an accident on the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) towards Tuas at 9.25pm, and that no injuries were reported. A 52-year-old man was arrested.
In a video uploaded on Facebook page Roads.sg, a light-coloured sedan car is seen driving in the right-most lane, before colliding with the road divider after exit 16. The car then proceeds to knock into three vehicles, before coming to a stop in the right-most lane, next to the road divider.
The rear of a light-coloured car was damaged, while a dark-coloured Honda Stream also had its left tail lights damaged.
Police investigations are ongoing.
