Key features of Science Centre could be retained after it relocates

Science Centre Singapore will move to a new location near Chinese Garden MRT station in the mid-2020s, but elements of its original home in Jurong East could be kept and repurposed.
In an interview with The Straits Times earlier this month, National Development Minister Desmond Lee said the authorities are exploring the possibility of retaining significant elements of the existing building, noting that the centre has an iconic character.
