The Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) has consolidated the number of social service agencies running rehabilitation programmes for young offenders from over 20 agencies to just nine.

The nine Integrated Service Providers (ISP) have, since the start of this month, started offering a suite of programmes funded by the ministry for troubled youth living in their regions.
