SINGAPORE - Mr Randy Ang, 37, is a self-made man. And he is not waiting until he is wealthier or older to give back to society.

The insurance agent, who has about 50 agents in his team, donated $100,000 in 2015 to his alma mater, the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) School of Computer Science and Engineering.
