Ms Leena Nair says her passion for diversity and inclusion comes from personal experience.
"I know what it is to earn my place, what it is to be underestimated, what it is to be dismissed or my voice not heard enough," Unilever's chief human resources officer, responsible for more than 160,000 employees, told me recently. "I am hugely passionate about saying that in Unilever every voice matters, and every story is celebrated."
