SINGAPORE - A convicted drug trafficker has topped the prison school's A-level class after scoring an impressive five As and a B in the exams.

The 27-year-old inmate, who is serving an eight-year jail term, told The Straits Times in an e-mail interview that he was "overwhelmed with happiness" with his results.
