SINGAPORE - Over the course of almost a year, more than 7,500 Singaporeans weighed in with ideas and suggestions on how to make prime location Housing Board flats affordable and inclusive.
These are six proposals that were considered but not factored into the new prime location public housing (PLH) model announced earlier this week.
