Four-room HDB resale flats cross $1m mark in Tiong Bahru
At least 4 such transactions made since Sept, with all of them located in same cluster

Blocks 9A and 9B Boon Tiong Road, which along with Block 10A are where the four flats that sold for over $1 million are located. The four-room flats are replacement flats built under Sers and less than three years old. Experts say their long lease, good location and relatively higher floors are among factors behind the high price tag.
