SINGAPORE - On the lapel of Ms Stephanie Goh's uniform is a gleaming silver badge that the housekeeping attendant has been wearing proudly for the past few weeks.
The badge was awarded to Ms Goh, who is visually impaired and has a mild intellectual disability, for her excellent service at Novotel and Mercure Singapore on Stevens.
