A 68-year-old man was found dead amid piles of rubbish inside his Bedok North flat on Sept 28, 2019.

SINGAPORE - For years, there was an ever-present stench coming out from the 12th-storey Bedok North flat.
Those passing by could also see items piled up inside the flat, which was occupied by an older man. In recent years, the items were also stacked up along the corridor outside the flat.
