A new limited-edition set of Hello Kitty plush collectibles will be launched by McDonald's later this month - but Straits Times readers have a chance to get their hands on them before they are released.
The six dolls, which come with a Singapore landscape booklet, each take on a local theme: Trishaw Uncle, SG50 Parade, Orchid Lover, Durian Lover and Samsui Woman. The final doll is dressed as a McDonald's crew member.
The Straits Times has 17 sets up for grabs in a contest which opens today. To stand a chance of winning, readers must submit a photo of a memorable moment they have had in McDonald's via e-mail, with a short caption of no more than 30 words. These should be sent to mkgstpromo@sph.com.sg before midnight on July 14.
The subject of the e-mail should be STMcD. Readers should also include their name, NRIC number and mobile number.
McDonald's will launch the Hello Kitty sets online on July 20, and in its restaurants on July 27.
