Jakarta-based hospital agent HCM Medika says it has helped to send 15,000 patients for treatment overseas, to Singapore and Malaysia, since it was established in 2007.

Potential clients visiting its Bahasa Indonesia website are encouraged to fill out a digital form giving a brief description of their health problem - privacy guaranteed - before a client relationship officer gets in touch with them via telephone during the 8am to 4pm working hours.
