SINGAPORE - Singapore liver surgeon Tan Kai Chah starts work at his new clinic on the island of Hainan on December 1 - becoming the first Singapore-operated medical centre on the island in southern China.
He expects to be working there for at least the next three months because of the current difficulties in travelling as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
