Dentists here well trained so no need for certificate of competence: Dental Association

The Singapore Dental Association was weighing in on a proposal by the Singapore Dental Council, the profession's watchdog, that such certificates may be imposed on GP dentists who carry out procedures like implants and wisdom teeth surgery.
