SINGAPORE - Singapore is fast approaching a new record in dengue cases, with 748 people already diagnosed in just four and a half days this week.
The record high is 891 infections a week in 2014, during the biggest outbreak to date when more than 40,000 people were infected over 2013 and 2014.
