Thirteen students and a teacher from the School of the Arts (Sota) developed a high fever after getting bitten by mosquitoes during an overseas service learning trip to Thailand's Ratchaburi province, The Straits Times has learnt.
After being treated at a provincial hospital, some of the patients were referred to Bangkok Christian Hospital, where they were diagnosed with chikungunya fever, the school said.
