SINGAPORE – Fans of popular role-playing video game Genshin Impact will soon be able to have an adventure with Sigewinne, its newly launched character, at the S.E.A. Aquarium.
The collaboration, called Teyvat SEA Exploration, will take place from Sept 12 to Oct 28, said Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) in a statement on July 8.
Blending the magic of Genshin Impact’s fantastical underwater Fontaine region with the beauty of marine life, the event – Genshin Impact’s first with an aquarium – also aims to raise awareness of marine biodiversity and highlight the importance of ocean conservation, said an RWS spokesperson.
There will be exclusive merchandise, photo opportunities enhanced with Genshin Impact game elements, as well as special guest cosplayer appearances from 1pm to 4pm on Sept 14 and 15 and from Oct 3 to 5.
Early-bird tickets, which were launched on July 5, are priced at $63 for those aged above 13 and $53 for children aged four to 12, and will be available until July 31 or while stocks last. From Aug 1, prices will be raised to $66 and $56 respectively.
Each ticket includes one-day access to the S.E.A. Aquarium, an interactive stamp rally with a collectible stamp rally passport, a commemorative ticket, as well as an exclusive character enamel pin with display stand.
Those who purchase regular admission tickets to the aquarium can still enjoy the experience by viewing the installations, but will not be able to take part in the stamp rally.
More details on the event will be released closer to its launch.
