Bloomberg estimated that business activities over the metaverse could reach US$800 billion (S$1.1 trillion) in 2024. Cyber-criminal activities are also expected to grow along with the increase in business opportunities. The most insidious are hackers eavesdropping on your metaverse experiences and stealing your identity.
