While I was queueing up to enter a clinic on Monday, an elderly woman waiting in line behind me tapped me on the shoulder.
Did the clinic treat every kind of illness, she asked. More importantly - and she seemed undecided about seeing the doctor - were the consultation and medicine expensive? How much cash would she have to pay?
