TOKYO - A former British MI5 intelligence officer has praised Singapore's response to the recent cyberattack that led to a data leak involving 1.5 million SingHealth patients.
He cited the speed at which the authorities alerted Singaporeans to the breach, saying that the time taken was one-tenth the norm worldwide.
