A member of Team Strong Silver - comprising seven fitness enthusiasts with an average age of 68 - the grandfather of three has worked out regularly from a young age.
The team promotes active ageing. Mr Ngai said: "When I see young people learning new moves, I will try them out. If I can do it, I will do it; if I can't, I won't force myself to."
