Fishmonger turned coffee shop tycoon sees joy in giving
Winston Chu has been donating to charities for 15 years or so, hopes to set up foundation

Mr Winston Chu Chee Keong and his wife, Madam Pamela Leow Poh Hoon, gave $300,000 to Sian Chay Medical Institution and $250,000 to Nanyang Technological University in July. Mr Chu's company operates 14 coffee shops - some under the Fu Chan brand - and more than 40 food stalls islandwide.
