Thirty-eight elders from Sarah Seniors Activity Centre, aged 69 to 96, gathered at Underwater World Singapore yesterday morning to touch palms with an underwater "God of Fortune" in scuba gear for good luck. The seniors were also presented with mandarin oranges, spring couplets and New Year blessings. Part of the attraction's annual Chinese New Year celebration, the underwater God of Fortune will be at the Underwater Tunnel daily at 11.15am and 4.15pm till Feb 22 to wish visitors prosperity.
