Proposals for prime Orchard Road site include creative and community uses

Proposal 1: A museum, Peranakan-themed cooking school and boutique hotel in a spice garden.

Proposal 2: A creative park for local fashion labels, crafts people and performing arts groups, with regular salons and workshops to foster dialogue and skills transfer.
