Sixteen years ago, I covered the sales launch of Singapore's poshest public housing project.
It was like covering a rock concert. The fans were 20-somethings, clutching glossy brochures. The star was The Pinnacle@Duxton, the Housing Board's new skyscraper project along Cantonment Road.
