The Singapore Management University (SMU) is setting up a dedicated office for victims of serious misconduct, including sexual offences, and starting a comprehensive module to educate students on consent and respect.
It will also start a new student disciplinary policy in August, when the new school term begins, to tackle the problem of sexual misconduct on campus.
