MOE seeks parents' views on school bus services
To improve current system, ministry wants to know the gaps and levels of satisfaction

In the survey, parents were asked questions about their children's bus routes, fees, payment schedule and how satisfied they were with the services. They were also asked whether their current school bus fees and duration of the journey are reasonable, and whether the pick-up and drop-off times are acceptable.

The Education Ministry (MOE) is gathering parents' views on school buses, as part of plans to improve services.
Earlier this month, it sent a survey to parents with children in primary schools to find out their experiences with the school bus system.
