In the survey, parents were asked questions about their children's bus routes, fees, payment schedule and how satisfied they were with the services. They were also asked whether their current school bus fees and duration of the journey are reasonable

The Education Ministry (MOE) is gathering parents' views on school buses, as part of plans to improve services.
