SINGAPORE – A 35-year-old man was taken to the hospital after the concrete truck he was driving was involved in an accident on the PIE on Aug 28 that left the vehicle on its side.
The police and Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said they were alerted to the accident on the expressway towards Toh Guan Road, at about 5.20am.
The truck is believed to have skidded, said the police. Investigations are ongoing.
SCDF said the man was conscious when taken to National University Hospital.
