Delays, unsatisfactory workmanship among common complaints against renovation contractors

SINGAPORE - The Consumers Association of Singapore (Case) received 1,300 complaints against renovation contractors last year.

Most of the complaints involved home renovation projects not being completed on time and being repeatedly delayed, and poor or unsatisfactory workmanship, said a Case spokesman.
