CPF online services unavailable due to technical issues from recent site upgrade

SINGAPORE - Online services on the Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board's website are temporarily unavailable because of technical issues stemming from a recent site upgrade.

The services have been down since Monday (Nov 30), a CPF spokesman said.

"We are working with our IT vendor to resume online services as soon as possible," a notice on the website said.

It added that information pages are still working, and that employers can still perform CPF e-submissions.

Because of the service outage, queue ticket issuance hours at the CPF Board's five service centres will be extended until 5pm on weekdays. Tickets are usually issued until 4pm only.

Its call centre will also run until 6pm on weekdays. It usually closes at 5.30pm.
