Tutor from international school in Malaysia sped off after accident here and hit a second car, fracturing driver's spine

SINGAPORE - A driver suffered a spinal fracture after a tutor from a British international school in Malaysia ploughed into the car he was in while in Tanglin Road.
Briton Richard Alexander Cullen had been involved in a separate accident five minutes earlier in Orchard Boulevard, where he crashed the pick-up he was driving into a private-hire car.
