SINGAPORE - Following an appeal last week for more information on her sister's unsolved murder case, a member of the public has contacted the Crime Library Singapore with a tip-off.

Ms Lim Jia Hui, 27, and her mother had contacted the media to appeal to the public for help in cracking the rape and murder of Lim Shiow Rong, seven, who was found strangled in a semi-sitting position in a drain near Jalan Woodbridge in June, 1995.
