SINGAPORE - Three men have been arrested for voluntarily causing grievous hurt to a taxi driver in Holland Village.
The police received a call at about 11.43pm on Dec 16 about the taxi driver, 60, being assaulted by several male suspects at a taxi stand in Holland Village.
The men, aged between 35 and 39, were arrested on Tuesday (Dec 29) after extensive enquiries, the police said in a statement on Wednesday (Dec 30).
They will be charged in court on Thursday (Dec 31) with voluntarily causing grievous hurt with common intention.
If convicted, they face a jail term of up to 10 years, and a fine or caning.
