A Singaporean wanted by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has been found here, and is assisting in investigations by Singapore police into possible offences under the United Nations Act.
Kwek Kee Seng, the director of Swanseas Port Services, is wanted for allegedly flouting sanctions by doing business with North Korea and laundering money.
