SINGAPORE - A 23-year-old woman was found dead below a block in Lorong 2, Toa Payoh on Thursday morning (Sept 3).
Police received a call at about 8.19am requesting for assistance at Block 146A Lorong 2 Toa Payoh. Upon arrival, the police found a 23-year-old woman lying motionless. She was pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene at about 8.51am.
A 24-year-old man has been arrested in connection to the case.
He is expected to appear in court on Saturday.
