SINGAPORE – A suspect in the murder of a 56-year-old man in Chin Swee Road on Nov 8 was taken to the crime scene on the morning of Nov 12.

A third man, aged 36, was arrested for affray and is assisting with investigations. He is a friend of the dead man, police said.
Tan and Poh are known to each other, police said in a press statement on Nov 8. Poh was also arrested for drug-related offences, which will be referred to the Central Narcotics Bureau.

At Block 51, many curious elderly residents waited at a nearby park. They asked reporters if the police presence was connected to the recent murder.
