SINGAPORE - An ex-policeman who was sentenced to death in 2015 for a crime that came to be known as the Kovan double murder has asked the High Court to review a decision by the Law Society to turn down a complaint he had filed against his lawyers.

Iskandar Rahmat, a 14-year veteran in the police force, stabbed to death a 67-year-old businessman in his home in 2013 as well as his 42-year-old son, who chanced upon the crime.
