SINGAPORE - Consumers who have sent parcels overseas during the festive period may seek legal recourse if these parcels are undelivered after a stipulated amount of time. 

So far in 2022, 72 complaints have been filed against shipping company Tamilan Express Cargo and Logistics, after it failed to deliver items from Singapore to India.
