SINGAPORE - The French-language teacher arrested in Bangkok for allegedly having sex with minors had been working for Singapore's Ministry of Education (MOE) for the past 18 years.
An MOE spokesman told The Straits Times on Thursday (Feb 7) that French national Jean-Christophe Quenot, 51, was "appointed as a teacher in 2001". He teaches at the MOE Language Centre.
