SINGAPORE - When foreign domestic worker Emelda Cariaga, 52, saw two bottles of branded perfume being sold for $69 on Facebook in April, she was thrilled.

Normally, the Chloe Signature Eau de Parfum would cost about $150 each for a 50ml bottle.
