SINGAPORE - She was slashed repeatedly outside a restaurant in Beach Road on April 14, but the first thing Ms Han Hongli did when her employer visited her in hospital was to apologise for inconveniencing him.

The 41-year-old mother of two is employed by Chong Qing (Origin) Steamboat restaurant.
