SINGAPORE - The Bangladeshi worker who is critically ill after being infected with the coronavirus is a father-to-be, with his wife back home in a small village in Bangladesh due in a few weeks.

The 39-year-old worker is Singapore's Case 42. Over the past three weeks, he has been warded in the intensive care unit at the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID).
