Consumers now pay 15% less for plant-based meats as demand rises and production is scaled up

SINGAPORE - It now costs less for consumers to sink their teeth into plant-based chicken and beef patties, as the prices of alternative proteins have fallen by some 15 per cent.

Shoppers and diners also have a greater variety of alternative protein products to choose from, as production is being scaled up with increased consumer demand.
