Visitors to Japan have to take PCR test, join tour group

At least 25 Singaporean travellers were heading to Japan last night, after the country reopened its borders to tourists on tour packages on June 10.
They are part of an eight-day, six-night tour group, travelling under conditions which include a controlled itinerary, pre-departure tests and visa requirements.
