Each time university undergraduate Markus Teo goes clubbing, he has to pay $12 for a virtually supervised antigen rapid test (ART).
This will soon change after the authorities announced a further easing of Covid-19 measures for nightlife establishments on Friday. From this Tuesday, patrons do not need to take an ART to enter nightlife venues.
