SINGAPORE - At least 25 Singaporean travellers are heading to Japan on Wednesday night (July 13), after the country reopened its borders to tourists on tour packages on June 10.
They are part of an eight-day, six-night tour group, travelling under conditions which include a controlled itinerary, pre-departure tests and visa requirements.
