SINGAPORE - Last Thursday, a day after it was announced that more workers will be allowed in workplaces from April 5, Affinidi Group's chief executive Glenn Gore went shopping for new couches employees can use.

"Comfortable couches allow for relaxed conversations that promote creative thinking - this is something that can be hard to do when you are sitting at home at a desk for eight hours," Mr Gore said.
