For two years after the Covid-19 pandemic started, Madam Daisy Keh, a visually impaired masseuse, had no income.
The 63-year-old, who works at the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped (SAVH), had to stop work, as its massage service was suspended when safe management measures kicked in.
