The Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) has convened a high-level assessment of the risks associated with parachute jumps during the annual National Day Parade. Defence Minister Ng Eng Hen said this yesterday after a Red Lion parachutist was injured in a rough landing during last Tuesday's parade.
